We have a rare opportunity to join the Bursarial Office for a part-time administrator to assist the Director of HR with the on-boarding of new starters and leavers, supporting recruitment process, and assisting the HR Assistant with administrative tasks.

We are looking for a candidate with:
- Solid administrative, recruitment or office experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Exceptional organisational skills and the capacity to work independently when needed.
- Meticulous attention to details.
- The ability to handle tasks with empathy, discretion, and diplomacy are essential qualities.
- A calm and composed approach when managing challenging situations.

This is for a minimum of 2 days a week on site - Thursdays and Fridays from 08:30 - the rest we can be flexible whilst attending to the needs of the operations (eg. interviews, meetings and HR support).

Duties

This is a varied post with duties to include:

- Assisting in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and coordinating communication with candidates including onboarding and leavers.
- Maintaining employee records and ensuring all data is accurately entered into our HR systems.
- Providing administrative support for various HR functions, including onboarding new employees and managing documentation.
